Forces of Transition: Love (Copy)
“Close your eyes, fall in love, stay there”, is a touching quote by Rumi. We, humans, look for love in our lives, after the real connection between people. But when we talk about love in business, we first think of the romantic love relationships between colleagues. But love is so much more. Above all, it is a force that helps us do and say things that make us rise above ourselves. So why does love, as this superpower, have so little place in business?
In my interview with Eli Perzlmaier, I explore what love actually is, how it is visible in companies, and, above all, how different working together in companies could be if we as humans live our very own energy (aka love). At the end of this digression, there is a hearty, refreshing conversation that, free of esotericism, kitsch, and icing, takes a clear look at love as a force for change.
In my series “Forces of Transition” I talk to women entrepreneurs who have dealt with the forces of change fear, truth, clarity, courage, and love in their entrepreneurial existence.
Eli Perzlmaier is the founder of *Tell me who you are*, the brand consultancy for people and organizations who want to show what they are really made of. She is also the founder of *Women’s Hub*, a community for women who support each other to be visible with their ideas in the world.
