These terms have been carefully crafted to:

• slow down the act of purchasing.

• facilitate mindfulness and self-responsibility (as a core principle of all of Nicole Bastien’s offerings) for actions taken at the checkout.

My offerings are intentionally designed to create space for mindfulness and self-responsibility, allowing for the next step of your personal development journey. Drawing on my extensive life and work experience, as well as my academic and non-academic knowledge, my work is meant to provide support and guidance. However, please note that I do not provide financial or legal advice for personal or professional development, and all decisions regarding your business or private life are ultimately your responsibility.

It's important to note that while attending The Tea Room or any other offerings with me, Nicole Bastien, can be beneficial for self-development, it is not a substitute for therapy or medical advice or treatment, especially if you are facing serious and difficult life or business situations.

During The Tea Room, you will have access to the community and any provided recordings and course materials. However, please be aware that scheduling live calls and direct sessions with me are your responsibility during the duration of The Tea Room, and refunds will not be provided for missed or unscheduled calls. Any direct calls with me, including those as part of The Tea Room or other offerings, must be scheduled and completed by the last day of the booked offering or course.

For offerings such as the Visioneur’s Flow Circle or the Visioneurs’ Flow Circle add-on (Live Business Case Clinics), please note that they do not include email access to me for personalized guidance or feedback before or after the calls. You can bring your questions to these calls, but I cannot guarantee that all of your questions will be addressed.

If you're looking for more personalized and in-depth guidance, I recommend booking a one-on-one session with me for a closer working relationship and access to my input.

The dates for my offerings are intentionally and carefully selected, ensuring that they are set with purpose. They are final.

Purchases are 15 days after purchase finale! Please read the cancellation policy. If in doubt, don’t book or buy!

Please read each sales page (offering) fully to avoid any misunderstandings about what is being covered and what is included - and what is not.

There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason, so please take your time at the checkout and consider your purchase carefully.

Early enrolment pricing (when offered) can not be backdated for any reason.

There are no discounts given for any reasons at any time. Unless the offering says so.

You have the option to cancel your purchase or booking within 14 full days of your initial purchase, and in such case, you will receive a full refund for your canceled booking/purchase. However, after the 14-day period (from the 15th day onward), the purchase becomes finale and no refunds will be provided.

Please note that it is the client's responsibility to schedule the offered one-on-one sessions with me (Nicole Bastien) as part of The Tea Room within the duration of The Tea Room and they cannot be backdated. If you do not schedule all possible calls with me, please be aware that there will be no refund or right to schedule them after The Tea Room has ended.

It is also the client’s responsibility to schedule the offered four one-on-one sessions as part of the Simplify & Focus Studio. They have to be scheduled within 3 months from initial day of booking. There is no possibility for backdating.

The Tea Room and all offerings with a designated end date will automatically conclude without the need for active cancellation. For offerings based on a subscription model (as indicated in the offering), you have the option to cancel at the end of each month. However, for all other offerings, the purchase becomes final after a 14-day period. If you have booked within a shorter timeframe than the 14-day period, the purchase is also considered final.

This refund policy is designed to encourage mindfulness and self-responsibility in the purchase process, promoting thoughtful decision-making at the checkout.

As a client, you hold the responsibility for your own progress. My offerings are centered around mindfulness and self-responsibility. By signing up or booking one of my offerings, you are agreeing to engage in respectful communication, actively participate, and avail yourself of community support (if included as part of the offering). It is in your hands to take the necessary steps forward on your journey.

It is also your responsibility to take the necessary steps for changes in your life. My work is support and guidance for you.
