Forces of Transition: Truth (Copy)

“I was too shy to stop” (Elizabeth Bishop, In the Waiting Room)

There are moments in our human existence when it is about finding your own truth. Such moments usually announce themselves with uneasiness. We notice that certain situations or people are not good for us. But on the other hand, we also feel so connected to them that we cannot simply shrug our shoulders. Until that moment when we see very clearly. These moments of truth and clarity are essential to our own transformation. New paths emerge from them. Angelika Kneidl found such a new path after she realized that she could only run her company alone and without her co-founder. In a conversation with Angelika Kneidl, I explore how the change process developed for her, how she experienced her moment of truth, and how it shaped her as an entrepreneur. Angelika Kneidl is the founder and CEO of accu:rate, a company that analyzes and simulates the dynamics of people flows.

In my series “Forces of Transition”, I talk to women entrepreneurs who have dealt with the forces of change fear, truth, clarity, courage, and love in their entrepreneurial existence.
